Advanced Development Solutions experienced staff have been customizing MIVA Merchant stores since 1997 and can be a great resource for information as well as creating custom solutions. We are very familiar with Merchant v5, since we were a part of the beta test team and helped many merchants customize their stores. The powerful new features of MIVA Merchant 5 with Store Morph Technology(SMT) and its Template driven architecture allow for a much greater flexibility in Store Design, Features and ability to customize. With this flexibility, also comes another layer of complexity for store Designers, Developers and Owners. Here at ADS, we work with Store Owners, Designers and other developers to make Merchant Implementation as painless as possible. We have developed a number of popular Merchant 5 modules and implemented countless third party module solutions. We can work with you on project by project basis or can provide consulting, maintenance and support services. Our paid Consulting, Support and Maintenance cervices are sold in minimum 4 hour blocks and can be used for a variety of Services, such as:
- Consulting - We can help you make decisions on Site Design, Features, Module Selection, Migration from previous Merchant versions and other shopping cart systems, Search Engine and Marketing strategy. Our experience in.
- Implementation - Our Implementation services are frequently used by Site Designers, Integrators and other developers to either implement a solution or as a resource to aid in implementing a solution. This can include template revisions, module implementation and installation, custom module design, etc... We know how to take advantage of new MIVA Merchant Templates and SMT features so the possibilities are limitless.
- Site Promotion - Once your store is setup, one of the first considerations should be setting up MIVA Merchant to use Short URL's for Category, Product and Other Pages, also setting up META Tags for your store, categories and products. We can assist in all of these areas as a resource or actually getting the work done. We can also assist in Search Engine Pay Per click selection and management.
- Support - Use our experience and Merchant knowledge to your benefit. If you need assistance, have how to questions, or just need knowledgeable person to guide you, we will be there for you. Once your store is setup and running for a while it is easy to forget where and how things are done, we know MIVA Merchant and work with it on regular bases so we can save you time and a lot of headaches in getting things done right, quickly.
- Maintenance - MIVA Merchant is a great stable system when properly maintained. We can guide you in proper store maintenance or do it for you. If any issues arise, we are very familiar with MySQL and MIVASQL versions of Merchant so we can quickly assess and resolve any problems that may come up.
NOTE: The services listed above are for Merchatn v5 only. We are no longer taking any new customers for older Merchant versions. The Paid Consulting, Support and Maintenance services listed above are provided as needed and based on availability. They are good for 90 days from the purchase date, unless other arrangements are made.
